THE DANCING DID

IMPORTANT. When you click the BUY button you go to the page at Lulu.com where you can buy the book selected. If you live outside of the UK or US (where their main printers are) only use their economy mail. Similarly, if you live in the UK or US stick with the flat rate mail service. To make savings on postage I can only say buy more than one book, as it works out well that way. An easy way to buy various books is to use www.lulu.com/spotlight/mickmercer as the main guide and backspace to it regularly.

256 pages, 293 photos, 46 images. My all-time favourite UK band, and so a natural for the photo book series, although I have included some extra bits in here to establish chronological details as well, including a reprint of the ‘Gay Highwayman’ photo story featuring Tim and Shend (Cravats) which originally appeared in my fanzine. It’s as mystifyingly bad now as it was back then. There is, fittingly, an Evesham interview session, along with general Evesham pics I took at the time including the band sauntering out to Belas Knap. Gig-wise there’s the Moonlight (twice), Malvern (including Finish The Stoiry supporting), Windsor Arts Centre, Venue and The Tribe. You also get Tim posed solo (twice) – that’s him on the cover.
